This thoroughly tested  program has been in use in Connecticut school districts for six years as a full course replacement for required high school civics education.

The Teacher has Control

The classroom teacher owns the materials and process and can individualize the program for their students. We provide them the training and support they need to be most effective.

We support you with weekly online group training webinars with the founders who have successfully implemented this program in classrooms for seven years. Teachers can address specific concerns and get timely personal implementation guidance, and they can discuss challenges with other teachers using the program.

Dynamic and Student-Centric

Projects that tap into a student’s own interests elicit more consistent engagement. Video storytelling is a widely popular form of social media engagement for students. This program leverages existing interests into academic engagement in a subject that rarely generates enthusiasm.

Our newest program allows schools to independently implement our proven approach.

  • Highly affordable “budget friendly” option

  • Full credit replacement of mandated high school civics curricula

  • Correlated to Common Core Standards and Social Studies Framework

  • Implemented completely using your instructors

  • Webinar based robust teacher-training

  • Small cohorts for personalized feedback

What You Need to Know to Get Funds

CLP is affordable (now only $775 for a limited period) for the full training and curriculum) and is considered professional development training. Most districts have some funds pre-allocated for professional development even in the most challenging budget years.
